About Mind Test Hub
A free library of published psychological scales, with plain-language guides for reading your results.
What this site is for
Mind Test Hub collects published psychological scales — depression and anxiety screens, personality inventories, relationship and family measures, and ability tests — and presents them as free online self-assessments in English and Chinese. Each test page shows the number of questions and the estimated time before you start, and each result page explains what the scores mean.
How a scale earns a place here
A scale is listed when it is a published instrument with a documented structure: a known item count, a defined scoring rule, and a stated purpose. The test page keeps the original scale structure and scoring; the guide underneath it is our own plain-language explanation. If a scale is revised by its authors, the page is updated to match the current version.
How to use a result
Use results to notice patterns, to prepare for a conversation, or to track change over time by retaking the same scale. A result describes what you reported recently. It is not a diagnosis, not a judgement of character, and not a substitute for professional advice. The knowledge articles on this site explain common misreadings for individual scales.
The WeChat mini-program
The same library is also available in the “自我探索吧” mini-program on WeChat, where you can find tests by scanning the code on the home page. The website and the mini-program share the same scales and scoring rules.
Corrections and suggestions
If you spot an error in a scale, a translation, or a scoring explanation, or if a page does not load correctly, please tell us through the contact page. Corrections are checked against the published scale before a page is changed.
